Akshay Sanjeevani Seva Sansthan has achieved another milestone in environmental conservation by planting 4,115 saplings in the year 2025. This marks the third consecutive year of our plantation drive, taking the total number of saplings planted to 10,425+. The planted saplings have not only increased forest cover but also contributed to the restoration of ecosystems, reduction in pollution, improvement in groundwater recharge, and several other environmental benefits associated with afforestation. One should also note that since these plants are fruit-bearing trees, apart from their ecological value, they will also provide nutritional benefits to local communities, support biodiversity by attracting birds and wildlife, and create a sustainable source of food and livelihood in the years to come.

The initiative has been supported by a financial donation of around 3.65 lakh rupees by our volunteers and well-wishers. We have successfully carried out plantation drives across Bihar and West Bengal in 2025. Our collective effort towards a greener and healthier environment resulted in the following achievements:

📍 Bihar
* Supaul – 1,270 saplings planted (Cost: ₹1,15,000)
* Begusarai – 1,160 saplings planted (Cost: ₹1,08,800)
* Samastipur – 100 saplings planted (Cost: ₹11,500)

📍 West Bengal
* Malda – 1,560 saplings planted (Cost: ₹1,26,100)
* Bardhaman – 25 saplings planted (Cost: ₹4,250)
